Should any issues arise during the warranty period, we will ensure an efficient and satisfactory service. To fully benefit from your warranty, please familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions below.
Warranty Scope
- Hydraulic pumps and bases – 12 months – limited warranty.
- Vinyl creasing on seat surfaces is a natural outcome of ageing and use – it is not considered a defect.
- Discolouration or staining of vinyl caused by wear and tear, hair dyes, bleach, or dye transfer from clothing is excluded from the warranty.
- All plumbing installations must be carried out by a licensed plumber. Failure to provide documentation confirming professional installation voids the warranty.
- Fading caused by sun exposure is not covered by the warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
- Parts subject to wear and tear through normal use and operation.
- Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, unauthorised repair attempts, or acts of nature.
- Defects or faults visible at the time of purchase.
- Damage resulting from careless transport, accidental events, or installation errors.
- Operating the furniture contrary to instructions, lack of care, or improper maintenance.
- Discolouration caused by long-term exposure to sunlight.
- Damage caused by pets or animals.
- Alterations, modifications, and repairs carried out by the customer.
- Natural variations in shades, grain, and structure of materials.
- Missing items or defects in ex-display furniture that were known at the time of purchase.
How to Make a Claim
To expedite the processing of your claim, please prepare all necessary documentation and provide as detailed a description of the issue as possible.
Prepare your proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) and your warranty card.
Describe the fault in detail and submit your claim via email or in writing.
We will respond to your claim within 14 days. If we fail to do so, the claim is automatically deemed accepted.
Repair or replacement of components takes a maximum of 30 days from claim approval, or up to 90 days if parts must be imported.
Important Upon Delivery
Please check the completeness of the furniture and all glass elements upon receipt. Any damage not visible at delivery, including hidden transit damage, must be reported within 7 days, and the original packaging must be retained.
