Shipping policy

We want your shopping experience at Manufakturo to be convenient and hassle-free. We deliver our products to both business and individual customers across the United Kingdom. Regardless of the delivery location, we always ensure the highest quality of service.

For bulky and heavy items, we offer two main shipping methods tailored to your needs: a 2-man delivery service or a pallet delivery via our trusted logistics partners. We only cooperate with reliable carriers, and every shipment is carefully secured to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Available Delivery Options:

  • 2-Man Delivery: Suitable for larger items where professional handling is required to safely transport the goods to your property.
  • Pallet Delivery (Curbside Only): Heavy or oversized goods are delivered on a pallet (all items with ceramic parts will be delivered by pallet). Please note this is a curbside-only service.

We will keep you updated on your order status via email, and if you have any questions, we are available.

The delivery cost is calculated automatically depending on the destination. If your address does not appear in our online shop, please write to us at office@manufakturo.uk – we will find the best solution and arrange secure transport.

Delivery Details:

  • Standard pallet shipping is delivered as a curbside-only service (the driver will drop the goods at the nearest accessible kerb).
  • The pallet courier is not contracted or obliged to carry the goods into the building, upstairs, or into any specific room.
  • We offer a Premium option – 2-Man Delivery (room of choice delivery) as an additional service, available by prior arrangement.
  • Deliveries take place on working days during the courier company's standard business hours.
  • The carrier may contact you by phone to schedule a delivery window – please ensure you provide a valid phone number and answer incoming calls.
  • The customer is required to ensure that a large HGV / pallet delivery vehicle can access the delivery address (suitable hardstanding ground, no height restrictions, or gates preventing entry).

Packaging and Pallets:

The customer is required to keep the original box and all protective packaging (cardboard, polystyrene, bubble wrap) for the entire duration of the warranty period.

Original packaging is strictly required in the event of:

  • Warranty claims,
  • Servicing or repairs,
  • Product replacement,
  • Arranging a return collection by our courier.

In the absence of the original packaging, the customer is fully responsible for securing the product safely for transport. The courier does not provide any packing materials.

*Shipping does not cover offshore islands or remote locations. In such cases, transport costs are quoted individually.
